Add the concept of “energy” and show the current state in the UI

This commit does the bulk of the work to get the sleeping mechanics going: it adds “energy” as another property that slowly depletes over time (slower than either food or hygiene). Right now there is no way to charge it back up though 🙂
The skeleton of the new “sleep” job is already there, but not quite functional, hopefully all the the foundation work of the last few commits will speed the process up, check out this riveting screenshot of our lovely new meter:
